Here is a brief list of what I feel are the must-have applications (apps) for your iPod Touch or iPhone: 1. Installer. This is the application you get when you jailbreak, or unlock your device. From the Installer you can simply browse through collections of programs and downlaod them onto your iPod Touch or iPhone with the tap of your finger. 2. Apple Mail/Google Maps. If you are an iPod Touch user, the first two programs you need to get onto your iPod are Mail and Google Maps. These are quite simple to install using the Installer program, make sure you install the packages in order as described in the Installer App. 3. iSolitare, iBlackJack and iSlots. These three games have proven to be the most fun, in my opinion and can all be easily installed using the Installer App, found under the “Games” category. Also check out the game called “Lights Out”. 4. To Do List. This application is just like it sounds, it is a simple To-Do list. I also installed this using the Jailbreak installer application. 5. SpringBoard, SummerBoard, and Customize. These three applications all work together to cusotmize your iPhone or iPod Touch. They allow you to control your wallpaper, and customize your application icons and the order which they appear on your device.
